How to find me

You have two options available for your IBS therapy:

Standard 6 Step Treatment Protocol

This treatment consists of 6 one-hour sessions. Each hypnosis session will help you to move towards a greater feeling of comfort and ease with your body. The goal is to work towards being able to do those things you want to do that your IBS prevents. So we will work as a team to help you to enjoy a greater sense of freedom.

Premium 12 stage IBS Relief Process

This process consists of 12 one-hour personalised relief sessions and includes a free relaxation CD. These hypnosis sessions will be focused not only on achieving relief from symptoms but also looking a little deeper for possible causes that may allow for complete healing. I use here the techniques of psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) which utilise the power of your mind to alter your body's responses. (PNI has achieved a great deal of success in the treatment of cancer and other, supposedly, incurable diseases.) I will also teach you techniques that you can use at home to bring you relief, so that you can regain a feeling of independence and control.

Treatment Fees

The 6 Step Protocol is available for just £240.
While the Premium 12 stage IBS Relief Process is only £480.

"They are falling over themselves to have the therapy, particularly the younger ones. Many are on antidepressants, because they have the effect of lessening pain sensations at low doses. But if you're 25 and you had the option of a long-term course of antidepressants or having hypnotherapy that will put you right, which would you choose?"

Dr Peter Whorwell
Researchers from Withington Hospital, Manchester, found hypnotherapy helped 71% of patients.

The patients were given one hour sessions of hypnotherapy for 12 weeks.

They were asked to assess their symptoms, quality of life and levels of anxiety and depression before and after treatment - and for up to six years after completing the course.

The majority of patients found that hypnotherapy reduced the severity of their IBS symptoms, and continued to do so for years.

Even those who said the effect began to wear off with time, found that the deterioration was slight.
