accessible. My desire is to utilise my skills and
expertise to assist you in bringing about those changes.

books. I know from personal experience the vast
number of self-help books around and it's difficult
to know wether or not a book will be of value or a
waste of money while just quickly browsing the pages
in a book store. All the books I offer here have been
read by me and found to be valuable in some way. I've
found them useful, life-changing, inspirational, or
they just cheered me up. They all have my recommendation.
Though I have to say that many have a spiritual perspective.
I've discovered in my search that a disconnection
from Spirit or Soul (i.e. the creative, loving, fun
aspect of our natures) is usually the reason we encounter
psychological problems or just plain difficulties
coping with life.
