Your
privacy is important to me.
During
the course of my work, my customers frequently share with
me deeply personal information. It is important that they
know that their information is in safe hands.
I
do not, nor ever will, sell or give away e-mail addresses.

do not, nor ever will, sell or give away mailing addresses.
Should
you choose to purchase a Treatment by Mail, or a Treatment
by Phone, then all information that you provide me with,
in order to help you to change that which you desire to
change, is regarded as Strictly Confidential. No one else
has access to that information other than myself.
Security
I
know many people are concerned about making credit card
payments on-line. I have been making on-line credit card
purchases for many years and have never had any problems
- but I do make sure that the credit card processing is
done through a secure server where the card details are
encrypted before transmission. A secure server can be identified
by 'https://' rather than 'http://' in the address line
of your browser, and/or by a little padlock symbol appearing.
I
use Paypal to process your payment. Paypal currently has
around 78 million accounts, so clearly a lot of people trust
it. Paypal operates through secure servers. It only takes
a few minutes to open a Paypal account if you don't already
have one. Because Paypal processes the transaction securely
I have no record of your credit card details. I just receive
a notification of payment and then despatch your order.
